How long will it take to receive my order?
We're artists, not magicians (though sometimes it's hard to tell the difference)! Most orders are processed and leave our studio within 1-3 business days. Domestic shipping typically takes 5-10 business daysafter that. International orders can take 7-21 business days. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships!
What are your shipping options and costs?

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship our art worldwide! Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges. Contact us directly.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We rush to pack your goodies as fast as possible! If you need to make a change, please contact us immediately at support@funart.store with your order number. We can only make changes if your order hasn't yet entered the packing process.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package's journey. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your refund and return policy?
We have separate policies for our digital and physical art to ensure fairness and clarity:
For Digital Art:
We offer a satisfaction guarantee! If you don't love the digital art file you purchased, we provide a full refund upon request. Please note that this is only applicable before the file has been downloaded or used.
For Physical Art (Prints, etc.):
All sales are final once your order has been shipped. We process and dispatch orders quickly to get your art to you as soon as possible. Therefore, we are unable to cancel orders or issue refunds once the item has entered the shipping process. If you need to make a change, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will gladly resolve the issue for you.
